Resolved
Recent reports have identified cybersecurity vulnerabilities affecting some organizations worldwide that use a specific web-development technology known as PHP.
Omega Laboratories does not use this technology in its core laboratory systems, client portals, or specimen management platforms. Therefore, these vulnerabilities do not affect Omega's services, systems, or customer data.
There is no risk to specimen, donor, or client information related to this issue.
We continue to monitor cybersecurity threats and maintain robust safeguards to protect the security and privacy of customer information.
